Privacy Policy

Last updated: November 7, 2026. This page explains what information Intensity Web (intensityweb.com) collects, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.

What we collect

  • Free audit form: the website address you enter and your email address, plus the audit result generated for that site. We also use your IP address briefly to limit how many checks one visitor can run per hour.
  • Contact form: your name, email address, and the message you send.
  • Technical data: basic server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) kept by our hosting provider for security and troubleshooting.

How the free audit works

When you submit a website address, our server requests that site’s public homepage, robots.txt, sitemap and llms.txt file, then analyzes them. We only read publicly available pages. We save your submission so we can follow up on your results and improve the tool.

How we use your information

  • To show you your audit report and respond to your messages.
  • To contact you about your audit results or our services, if you asked us to or if it relates to your request. You can opt out of any follow-up at any time.
  • To keep the site secure and prevent abuse.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. It is stored with our web hosting provider (HostGator) and processed by the email delivery service we use to send notifications and replies. Encrypted backups of the site, which may include submissions, are stored in a private Google Drive account. We may disclose information if required by law.

Cookies

This site does not use advertising cookies. WordPress may set essential cookies when administrators log in. If we add analytics or other tools later, we will update this page.

Retention

We keep audit submissions and messages for as long as needed to respond and for legitimate business records, then delete them. You can ask us to delete yours sooner.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop receiving emails from us. Email us using the address on our Contact page.

Children

This site is not intended for children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do.
